Our partner is an agency in the commercial real estate sector. Small but growing organisation with currently 7 full time employees (including 1 Brit and 2 French nationals). Part of an international network.
The main tasks for which we need support are initially around admin and support:
• Scanning of properties with a Matterport camera
• Data entry and web platform update
• Assist in the preparation of proposals to clients (power point, excel, word,
• Data collection and formatting for quarterly leasing activity and investment volumes
• Plan, organize and schedule meetings, presentations, …..
• Fluent in English. We have a preference for a Hungarian speaker at a fluent level but we can compromise. Other languages considered as an advantage (German, Chinese, Arabic for example)
• Computer literacy (especially with Excel and PowerPoint)
• We will consider students on Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees
• Organised and structured
• Previous experience in real estate, hospitality or in a commercial capacity considered as an advantage
• Ability to allocated at least 20 hours per week to the job
