HR Assistant/Coordinator

Job Summary:
You will handle a variety of personnel related administrative duties. Your role is to act as the liaison between HR manager and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt
resolution of all queries. You will also support our daily HR activities and assist in coordinating HR policies, processes and relevant documents.
Recruitment administration activities, including CV collation and recording
▪ Arranging interviews
▪ Placing advertisements on different portals
▪ Maintenance of the different HR databases
▪ Maintaining accurate personnel records
▪ Participation in arranging both internal and external training courses
▪ Participating in the new starter and leaver HR-Operational processes
▪ Monitoring loyalty and other awards
▪ Undertaking general HR ad-hoc administration, including correspondence typing and filing
▪ Taking part in upcoming and current HR projects as well as organisational development projects
▪ Constant contact and cooperation with the HR and Operations Manager as well as with the finance department on a daily basis in case of all HR related matters

▪ Being responsible for the admin preparation of planned and upcoming corporate events (team building, client party, investment breakfast, Re-View events etc.)
▪ Providing marketing assistance in a field of continuous financial administration for the Head of Marketing and PR
▪ Continuous financial administration for the Marketing and PR (accounts, contracts)
▪ Assisting the HR and Operations Manager as well as the Office Manager in the organization of employee engagement events for colleagues
▪ Participation in the definition of annual events per annum
▪ Assistance to Finance Department on a daily basis in case of finance related matters
Proven experience as an HR assistant, staff assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position
▪ PC literacy (MS Office, in particular)
▪ Hands on experience with an HRIS or HRMS is advantage
▪ Familiarity with ATS software and resume databases
▪ Excellent organizational skills
▪ Strong communications skills
▪ Ongoing studies in Human Resources or related field -last semester
▪ minimum 30-35 working hour /week
